En la fachada de las oficinas, un puente proporciona escala al peatón, conduciéndolo al vestíbulo del edificio.

​Su forma de abanico se produce con los antepechos de concreto martelinado, enfatizados horizontalmente, que funcionan estructuralmente como trabes que protegen el interior de los rayos solares; asimismo, el muro de apoyo brinda protección de los rayos solares del poniente.

The Hand Fan

A bridge leads into the lobby of the building, endowing the imposing façade with a human scale. 

​The fanlike form is created by the staggered horizontal placement of the bush-hammered concrete parapets, which function structurally as beams and protect the interior from direct sunlight. The lateral loadbearing wall also provides protection from western exposure.
