El Cacahuate

Este conjunto se diseñó con el Arq. Alejandro Sánchez de Tagle en un terreno fraccionado con lotes tipo de 7 m de ancho por 20 m de profundidad. En cada lote se ubicaron uno o dos módulos, cuya forma se asemeja a la de un cacahuate, desfasándose, con el fin de quitar rigidez al conjunto.

El primer módulo fue pensado para solteros o parejas recién casadas y consta de 3 zonas definidas; íntima: recámara; servicios: baño y cocina, que comparten un muro húmedo; y social: con un espacio de preparación de alimentos, integrado espacialmente al estar-comedor.

Para una futura expansión existe la posibilidad de colocar otro módulo integrado espacialmente, que albergue 2 recámaras con un baño de usos múltiples al centro.

Peanut Housing Complex

This complex was designed in collaboration with architect Alejandro Sánchez de Tagle on a site subdivided into uniform lots measuring seven by twenty meters each. One or two modules, whose shape resembles that of a peanut, were placed on each lot, in a staggered arrangement that attenuates the rigidity of the composition.

The first module, conceived for singles or newlyweds, consists of three well-defined zones: the private area, i.e. the bedroom; the services, consisting of a bathroom and kitchen sharing the same wet wall; and the public area, which includes part of the kitchen integrated with the living room/dining room.

Future expansion can be carried out by integrating another module containing two bedrooms, with a multi-use bathroom in the middle.
