Los elementos del programa se sintetizan en dos zonas; oficinas y servicios generales. La insistencia del cliente por contar con iluminación y ventilación natural en todos sus espacios, fue el motivo que originó el concepto arquitectónico.

Un corte semejante al de una rebanada de pastel al frente del edificio, modificó la clásica caja de oficinas. Al realizar un corte en la masa y vaciando su interior, se posibilitó que el aire y la luz penetrase con lo cual se logró la ventilación y la iluminación naturales requeridas del cuerpo de servicios.​

Slice of Space

The various elements of the program are synthetized in two zones: offices and general services. The client’s insistence on plenty of light and natural ventilation in all the spaces was the guiding principle of the architectural design.

A cut resembling a slice of cake, made into the front of the building, modifies the classic typology of a boxlike volume of offices. This cut into the mass of the volume empties out the interior and allows air and sunlight to penetrate, providing the service nucleus with plenty of natural lighting and ventilation.
