En la fachada de las oficinas, un puente le da escala al peatón, conduciéndolo al vestíbulo del edificio.

Su forma de abanico se produce con los antepechos de concreto martelinado, enfatizados horizontalmente, que funcionan estructuralmente como trabes que protegen el interior de los rayos solares; asimismo, el muro de apoyo brinda protección de los rayos solares del poniente.

The Hand Fan

A bridge leads into the lobby of the building, endowing the imposing façade with a human scale.

The fanlike form is created by the staggered horizontal placement of the bush-hammered concrete parapets, which function structurally as beams and protect the interior from direct sunlight. The lateral loadbearing wall also provides protection from western exposure.
