La orientación y la tradición cultural son factores determinantes en el concepto arquitectónico.

La necesidad de orientar hacia el sur y conservar la vista del jardín al fondo, con orientación norte, determinó la existencia del patio central con una fuente al centro. Desde esta se genera el trazo de la casa. Los ejes radiales limitan con sus muros los espacios que dirigen las miradas hacia el patio.

Elemento clave de las primeras construcciones hispánicas en nuestro país, entre las que se encuentran los conventos y monasterios.​

Cloister House

Both cultural tradition and the orientation of the house were decisive factors in the architectural conception.

The need for southern exposure and the desire to maintain the view of the garden area to the north determined the existence of the central patio, with a fountain in the middle. The layout of the house is generated by this element. Radial axes delimit by means of walls the spaces looking onto the patio.

The central patio is a key motif in the earliest Hispanic architecture in Mexico, which included monasteries and convents.
